Dr. Rosenberg has over 10 years of experience helping women & mothers overcome some of life’s toughest challenges and is passionate about creating a space for her clients that allows vulnerability, openness and healing.  

She empowers her clients with the tools to become their authentic self, and encourages them to grow by developing compassion for themselves, others, and life.

She is naturally giving, spiritually attuned and a great listener who seeks to understand her client’s goals and provide pathways for growth.

Her clients appreciate her warm, inviting approach and her eclectic usage of a mix of evidence-based practices including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Intuitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Dynamic Therapy to achieve each client’s specific goals.

Dr. Rosenberg is an expert in multiple  women's mental health areas and has advanced training to treat anxiety, depression,  eating disorders, weight loss, pre and perinatal issues (infertility, birth trauma, pre/postpartum anxiety and depression, early parenting), meditation, visualization for coping, stress reduction, relationship issues, work/life balance, parenting, trauma, grief & mourning, sleep issues, sexual concerns, self esteem, and self confidence

In addition to her work as an individual therapist, Dr. Rosenberg is also an experienced group leader and facilitator of women's groups focusing on transition to motherhood, depression and breakups/divorce at Thrive Psychology and Pump Station & Nurtury in Santa Monica.

Dr. Rosenberg holds a B.S. from University of Massachusetts- Amherst and Masters and Doctorate of Psychology degree from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California

She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of California (PSY27429) and also in the State of New York (019760-1) and is an active member of the American Psychological Association (APA) & the Los Angeles County Psychological Association (LACPA).
